| Abstract |
This report outlines the actions necessary for technical coordination of the project INSPIRE, with a particular focus on the structure of its Work Packages and the associated responsibilities of their leaders. It also highlights the steps involved in sharing and disseminating project results. The report emphases quality assurance measures and risk management. The Project Coordinator, supported by the Management Support Team, will assume the critical role of monitoring technical progress, coordinating communication between Work Packages, and implementing mitigation measures when required. |
