Zoeken kan via de modus 'eenvoudig zoeken' (één veld) of uitgebreid via 'geavanceerd zoeken' (meerdere velden). Zo kan je bv. zoeken op een combinatie van een auteursnaam (auteur), een jaartal (jaar) en een documenttype.

Nuttige resultaten kan je aanvinken en toevoegen aan een mandje. De inhoud hiervan kan je exporteren of afdrukken (naar bv. PDF).

Krill, voedselbron voor baleinwalvissen
Beschrijving In het Antarctische voedselweb bevinden zich op het laagste niveau de diatomeeën, de primaire producenten. Op het niveau erboven staan de herbivoren. In de Antarctische Oceaan gaat het voornamelijk om roeipootkreeftjes en krill. Ze zijn verwant aan garnalen, krabben en kreeften. Op deze foto zien we krillkreeftjes die zich te goed doen aan diatomeeën die vastgehecht zitten aan het ijs.
